2. We will email you a proof of your bag for your approval within 3 business days.
3. Once approved, it will take us about 3-4 weeks to make and ship your order.

Image requirements
1. You must have the rights or permission to reproduce the image you upload because stealing someone's work isn't cool and we want to support artists. It's cool if it's yours. You can upload or email us the release from the photographer/artist to contact(at)cykochik.com or we might request it from you.
2. Acceptable file types: .jpeg, .jpg, .tif, .png, .pdf
3. Minimum resolution: 150dpi
4. Minimum width: 12 inches (1800 pixels at 150 dpi)
5. If you'd like the image to be cropped a certain way, please comment in the notes when you place your order.
